Spring Concert Series at Market Street – The Woodlands Returns with Pop, Jazz and R&B Tunes

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Market Street’s popular spring concert series returns when the luxury shopping, dining and entertainment destination presents live music sounds every Thursday, April 17 – June 5, from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Market Street’s spring concert series, sponsored by Sewell Automotive, includes the following line-up:

· April 17 – Pop sounds of the Ezra Charles Band

· April 24 – Western swing sounds of the Marshall Ford Swing Band

· May 1 – Russian folk music of the The Flying Balalaika Brothers

Danny Ray will perform on Market Street May 8th

· May 8 – Classic rock and Top 40 hits from Danny Ray

· May 15 – Latin jazz guitarist Mark Towns and his newest project, Tribology

· May 22 – Contemporary, folk-rock sounds from the Lost & Nameless Orchestra

· May 29 – Smooth jazz sounds of Maydwell

Each Market Street spring concert is open free to the public. The music group for Market Street’s June 5 finale will be announced.

Couples are encouraged to get to Market Street early to secure patio seating at Jasper’s, Crú –Wine Bar, Tommy Bahama Tropical Café, Uni Sushi, 1252 Tapas Bar or any of its signature restaurants. Families also can bring blankets and lawn chair to enjoy the concert from Market Street’s Central Park.
