With the dip in oil prices, many sectors of the economy have experienced a slow down.
The Woodlands Real Estate Market has had the mercy of staying overall healthy and active so far through this latest volatile market and we decided to create a list of the best priced homes in The Woodlands per sq. ft.
There are many reasons people want or need to buy and sell real estate even during sluggish periods of the economy.
Some investors who have liquid capital take advantage of a downturn in the market and are able to buy properties at less expensive prices, because the demand of a sellers market temporarily slows down, only to flip them when the market begins to come back. Others who may have a larger single family property may decide with a slower economy it’s best to downsize, while others who can afford it may decide since home prices are temporarily decreasing it’s the perfect time to up size.
